As part of our ongoing organisational growth, Bethesda Health Care, a values-driven organisation renowned for its personalised and high-quality patient care, has an exciting opportunity for a CSSD Technician to join our Perioperative Services team.

Reporting to the CSSD Supervisor and Perioperative Services Manager (POSM), your role will focus on delivering high-quality decontamination, packing, and sterilisation of reusable instruments and equipment for use in the Operating Theatres and Wards, adhering to AS/NZS 5369:2023 standards and manufacturer instructions for use (IFUs).

 Essential Criteria

• Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Sterilisation Services) or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience as an CSSD Technician with demonstrated competency in sterilisation practices.

• Knowledge of Australian Standard AS/NZS 5369:2023 and sterilisation processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong task orientation.
