Join Our Growing Team – Experienced Cabinet Maker / Installer

We are a growing joinery and fit-out business looking for an experienced and motivated Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team.

We undertake a wide range of projects, including:

• Residential kitchens and custom joinery
• Commercial fit-outs
• Retail and hospitality fit-outs
• Office and workplace joinery
• Washroom upgrades, including in-house toilet partitions
• Custom cabinetry and joinery installations

We have a great range of clients and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Our workshop is equipped with CNC machinery and modern 3D drawing/design software, providing opportunities to work across different areas of the joinery trade.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with solid practical experience in cabinet making and/or installation who can work independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good general knowledge and experience in the cabinet making/joinery trade
• Experience fabricating and assembling cabinets, drawers and other joinery components
• Knowledge of hinges, drawer runners and other mechanical hardware
• Basic laminating and finishing skills
• Experience installing cabinets, benchtops and other joinery
• Good understanding of the tools and equipment used in cabinet making and installation
• Ability to read and work from drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with clients
• Ability to identify issues on site and problem-solve practical solutions
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and techniques
