Proposals & Project Coordinator

About the role

Measured Group is looking for a proactive and highly organised Proposals & Project Coordinator to help drive the way we win work and establish projects across the mining and resources sector. Working alongside our technical, project, commercial and finance teams, you’ll take ownership of coordinating proposals and tenders, keep our opportunity pipeline moving, establish new projects and help improve the systems and processes that support our business. This is a varied role with genuine exposure to both the commercial and project delivery sides of a consulting business. It’s ideal for someone with a few years’ experience who is ready to step up, take ownership, and build a broader career in the resources sector.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, tenders, quotes and EOIs, taking ownership of the process, bringing together inputs and keeping submissions on track.
• Drive the coordination of our opportunity pipeline and Work Winning activities, ensuring priorities, deadlines and follow-ups keep moving.
• Coordinate project establishment and commercial readiness, from project setup and purchase orders through to invoicing and close-out.
• Improve how we work, identify opportunities to strengthen our proposal content, templates, project systems, and processes.

About you

You’ll be a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, follows things through and enjoys making things happen. You’ll be comfortable working across different teams, managing competing priorities, and keeping people and deadlines on track.

• Around 2–5 years’ experience in proposals, bids, project coordination, project administration, or professional services.
• Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Confidence working with technical and commercial stakeholders at different levels of a business.
• Experience working with CRM, project management, or other business systems.
• Experience in mining, engineering, environmental consulting, infrastructure, construction or professional services would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
