We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Administration Officer to join our great transport team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing administrative reports and tasks for key customers

• Responding to customer email/phone enquiries

• Assisting fleet allocators and operations staff with administrative tasks

• KPI reporting and key customer statistical reporting

• Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers

• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently

To be successful in this role you will:

• Take ownership of the role and be able to adapt to the ever changing requirements of transport

• Have a friendly and positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment

• Possess a strong level of computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)

• Have an understanding of pallet management
