About the role
Well respected heritage restoration company seeks Trainee Contracts Administrator. Exposure to the Construction Industry will be highly regarded. Ideally you will be undertaking some study aligned with the Construction Industry. You will be very capable in Excel and other Microsoft tools. You will have strong attention to detail and a drive to succeed. Your initial role will be to assist the Lead Contracts Administrator across a range of aspects including
processing and managing claims
forecasting
recording budgets in Procore and tracking budget usage
creation of draft Purchase Orders, Subcontract Orders and Variations.
On the job training will be provided in these aspects as well as others that make up the full ambit of the Contracts Administrator role. Strong communication skills are also necessary as this will aid in success with the training outcomes.
Your performance will determine how quickly you can move up into a Contracts Administrator role and / or Project Manager role
