You’ll play a key role in:

As a Project Administrator, you’ll support our project teams to keep essential administration, documentation and financial processes running smoothly. Working across a diverse mix of Territory projects, you’ll help create well-organised project environments from site set-up through to completion.

• Support general project administration, reporting and project finance tasks
• Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, purchase orders and documentation
• Coordinate RFIs, meeting minutes, correspondence and document distribution
• Maintain project registers, drawings, records and filing systems
• Assist with site set-up, inductions, signage and project administration requirements
• Update project information across our project delivery systems

  
What you’ll bring:
  
You’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment. You’ll enjoy working closely with a close-knit team, bringing a practical approach, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable support. 

• Previous experience in a project administration or similar administration role
• High-level computer literacy, particularly across the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with systems such as Procore and Jobpac will be highly regarded
• Strong document control, coordination and record-keeping capability
• A collaborative and adaptable approach to supporting project teams
• A positive, accountable mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships
