About the Role

Due to continued growth, Solitaire Automotive is currently seeking an experienced and talented Technician to work on the VW brand.

• Full-time, permanent position, with overtime available

• Able to work in a team environment & contribute to dealership goals/targets

• Direct involvement in delivering customer service excellence

• Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner

Duties

This role is responsible for the following duties:

• Performing quality servicing maintenance and repairs of vehicles

• Identifying and repairing technical issues

• Completing quality and timely work to meet customer needs as per repair order instructions

• Conducting quality checks on all work

• Liaising with the parts department where necessary with parts ordering

• Ensure RO’s are completed in a timely manner

Role Requirements:

Ideally, you will be a fully qualified Technician who has successfully completed a four year apprenticeship in vehicle mechanics.
