We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for Permanent Part-Time & Casual roles across:

• Georges Manor (Georges Hall / Bankstown area)
• Prestons Lodge (Prestons / Liverpool area)
• Edensor Gardens (Edensor Park / Fairfield area)
• Barden Lodge (Barden Ridge / Sutherland area)
• Bondi Waters (Bondi Beach) 

As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver holistic care tailored to each resident's individual needs. You will manage clinical assessments, care planning, and evaluation while maintaining a safe, calm, and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will be fully supported by an experienced leadership team, including our Director of Care, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Facility Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, formulate individualized care plans, and evaluate resident outcomes.
• Oversee clinical care delivery, medication administration, and complex care needs in alignment with professional standards.
• Promote resident autonomy, dignity, and independence.
• Lead and mentor care staff while upholding the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and health records.

What We Are Looking For

• Registration: Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience: 1–2 years of RN experience in aged care is preferred (though passionate nurses with transferable clinical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Standards Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation abilities.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and aligned with our core values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect, and Loyalty.

Compliance & Safeguarding Requirements

• Valid National Police Check.
• Completion of a pre-employment medical and drug assessment.
• Up-to-date vaccinations (Flu & COVID-19) in line with public health guidelines and organizational policy.
