Due to our rapid expansion, we have a number of roles in our collections team. As a Collections Officer, you’ll be on the front line connecting with vulnerable customers, helping them get back on track with their overdue accounts. We have both Entry-Level and Snr Positions available.

📞 On a Day-to-Day Basis, You Will:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, arranging payment plans and assisting with the collection of outstanding accounts.

• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Work towards individual and team performance targets in a supportive, high-performing environment.

• Negotiate payment solutions, resolve account enquiries, and overcome objections while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Use your empathy, active listening skills, and professional phone manner to understand each customer’s circumstances and achieve the best possible outcome.

💡 To be successful, you will need:

• Previous Customer Service Experience, preferably call centre or accounting background.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems.

• Full National Police Clearance or the ability to undergo one.

• Strong Problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
