Working within a collaborative payroll team, you'll use your SAP Payroll expertise to support a large, diverse workforce while gaining further exposure to SuccessFactors and Kronos. The Role

As a Payroll Officer, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple business units and pay cycles.

You'll partner with Payroll Leadership and stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance, resolve payroll queries and continuously improve payroll processes and service delivery.

Based in Reservoir, you'll work three days per week in the office and two days remotely.

What You'll Do

• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain employee records, including new starters, payroll changes, corrections and terminations.
• Use SAP Payroll to support end-to-end payroll processing.
• Support payroll administration through SuccessFactors and Kronos.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and statutory obligations.
• Investigate and resolve payroll enquiries while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Prepare payroll reporting and reconciliations as required.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a medium to large payroll environment with exposure to high-volume payroll processing.
• SAP Payroll experience is essential.
• Experience with SuccessFactors will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to Kronos or similar workforce management systems will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, PAYG and Superannuation requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply payroll policies and industrial instruments accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to payroll accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
