Since opening Hinchcliff House in early 2021, we have grown to operate 17 distinctive venues and have multiple new sites under development, reflecting our commitment to contributing to exceptional eating and drinking experiences in Sydney and Australia.
About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Beverage Production Assistant to join our central beverage production team, supplying batched cocktails and house-made ingredients across our venues. Based in our CBD production space, this role is behind the scenes but essential — everything that leaves the room needs to be right, every time.
This suits an experienced cocktail bartender looking for extra day shifts, who knows their way around a prep kit and enjoys the process as much as the pour.
