Permanently based at the Gold Coast City Marina (GCCM), we are expanding our focused team. We are looking for a qualified Cabinet Maker or Shipwright who takes immense pride in their trade to work on some of the finest luxury vessels on the water.

What the Role Involves:

• Bespoke Cabinetry: Manufacturing and installing luxury interior cabinetry, detailed joinery, and custom furniture.

• Exterior Fitouts: Teak decking, exterior linings, component modifications, and precision composite integrations.

• Refits & Installs: Working across a diverse fleet, ranging from luxury 30ft cruisers to 160ft superyachts.

• Problem Solving: Tackling complex, custom geometry unique to elite marine environments using your trade expertise.

• What We Are Looking For: 

  • Trade Qualified: Trade certificate in Cabinet Making, Joinery, Shipwrighting, or a closely related discipline. 

  • Eye for Detail: A meticulous standard of finish—treating every vessel with superyacht standards. 

  • Versatility: Comfortable working across workshop machinery as well as physically onboard vessels. 

  • Team Player: Thriving in a small, low-drama, focused team where everyone respects the craft. 

  • Reliable & Driven: Punctual, strong work ethic, and capable of working autonomously when required.
