Join Asahi Beverages' seasonal workforce and play a key role in producing and distributing some of Australia's most iconic beverage brands. We have multiple fixed-term opportunities available across our Packaging and Logistics teams at Abbotsford.

As a Seasonal Operator, you'll work as part of a high-performing manufacturing team, with opportunities to operate production equipment, perform quality checks, move finished goods, and support day-to-day operations across the site.

Please note: These roles are fixed-term opportunities of up to six months starting Oct 1st 2026. Abbotsford operates on a Monday-Friday, 8-hour rotating roster across days, afternoons and nights, with shifts rotating weekly. Flexibility to work across all shift patterns and overtime where required is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your placement within the site, responsibilities may include:

• Operating packaging and manufacturing equipment
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Loading packaging materials and supporting production activities
• Operating forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods
• Using RF scanners, computer systems and production equipment
• Completing cleaning and housekeeping activities
• Following safety, quality and GMP requirements at all times
• Identifying and escalating equipment or process issues

About You

We're looking for people who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong safety mindset and are keen to learn.

You may be successful if you have:

• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, production or similar environments
• A current forklift licence (advantageous for Logistics opportunities)
• Experience operating machinery, equipment or automated systems
• Strong computer literacy and problem solving skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
