Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers and welcoming them to the Bowens store
• Making coffees for customer and employees to a high standard
• Keeping the coffee/cafe area clean and fully stocked
• Assist the retail team on the counter as needed

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:

• Prior experience as a Barista or making coffee
• A passion for customer service and be able to build great relationships
• Be fast and efficient whilst producing a quality cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate
• A self-motivated approach
• Demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels with a passion for understanding customer needs
