About the Role:

You will provide expert Occupational Therapy services within a multidisciplinary mental health setting, with a primary focus on subacute care. You will provide clinical leadership, professional supervision and mentoring to Occupational Therapy staff and students while supporting recovery-focused care for consumers across rural and remote South Australia.

About You:

• Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and eligibility for full registration in Australia.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy, preferably within mental health and/or subacute care.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, supervision and clinical consultancy skills.
• Ability to contribute to service development, quality improvement and professional practice initiatives.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary and regional healthcare teams
