Administration, Data Entry, Business Support, Office Management in a small team at a leading Agricultural Machinery dealer in the South West, providing Sales, Service, Parts and Support to Global brands.
Key responsibilities
First point of contact for incoming phone calls and customer contact
Accurate input of data from multiple departments in the business
Preparation of customer invoices
Reconciling customer payments, supplier invoices, processing sales etc
General office duties
Multitask with a variety of roles
About you
High level of computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service skills
