Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Team Member to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with financing and insurance options, ensuring compliance with all legal and dealership requirements, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. We are open to somebody with existing dealership experience or new to the industry with sales experience and the right attitude as full training will be provided. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in securing vehicle financing through our partner lending institutions.

• Present and explain finance and insurance products.

• Work closely with the sales team to finalize transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, lender guidelines, and legal requirements.

• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.

• Provide transparent, ethical, and professional service to all customers.

• Process financial applications and ensure timely funding of all deals.

• Meet and exceed dealership sales and F&I performance targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in sales/finance/ insurance (F&I) is an advantage but not essential.

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• High level of computer literacy.

• Valid driver’s license required.
