Our Food & Beverage team is an important part of the guest experience, serving everything from that all-important morning coffee to meals and refreshments throughout the day.

About the role

Love making great coffee and thrive when things get busy?

We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our Food & Beverage team on a casual basis.

Working in a busy resort environment, you’ll prepare and serve high-quality barista coffee while providing friendly and efficient service to our guests. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple coffee orders while maintaining quality, presentation and service standards.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the energy of a busy café, works well under pressure and loves being part of a team.

Duties

• Prepare and serve consistently high-quality barista coffee

• Open and set up the café ready for service

• Take guest orders and provide friendly, efficient service

• Manage multiple coffee orders during busy service periods while maintaining quality

• Support the wider F&B team with food running, cleaning and general service duties

Skills & experience

• Previous Barista experience and confidence using espresso machines

• Ability to manage a high volume of coffee orders while maintaining quality and consistency

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive, motivated approach with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
