Greyhound Australia - Revenue Manager

Now part of Entrada Travel Group, we're looking for a commercially minded Revenue Manager to help improve revenue performance across our passenger transport network, products and sales channels. You'll use data, market insight and commercial judgement to shape pricing, forecasting and channel strategies that support sustainable revenue growth, passenger growth and long-term network performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and manage revenue strategies across Greyhound's products, routes and sales channels.
• Monitor demand, competitor pricing and promotional activity, recommending pricing, yield and inventory actions.
• Support the development of dynamic pricing models and improved budget forecasting.
• Optimise performance across direct, agent, wholesale and digital distribution channels.
• Analyse performance and market conditions, translating data into practical commercial recommendations.
• Improve revenue management systems, reporting and processes.
• Partner with teams across the business to support commercial decision-making and network growth.

About You

You're commercially minded, analytical and confident working with data. You can identify trends, solve problems and influence decisions through practical, evidence-based recommendations.

You understand that strong revenue management considers demand, capacity, route economics, customer behaviour, timing and product positioning — not price in isolation.

You'll bring:

• Experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial analysis, demand planning or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving capability.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• An understanding of dynamic pricing, yield optimisation and distribution channel management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience in transport, tourism, travel, hospitality, aviation or another capacity-constrained industry will be highly regarded.
