Breakthru is seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate, committed people who want to lead the way in inclusive employment across Australia. As part of our growing involvement with Inclusive Employment Australia, we are building a team of skilled professionals dedicated to creating meaningful, sustainable opportunities for people of all abilities.

Essential Criteria To be successful in these roles, you will have:

A current driver's licenceExperience in employment services and/or supporting people with disability, injury or a health conditionAbility to meet KPI expectations while maintaining quality, person‑centred serviceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong relationship-building skills with participants, employers and community stakeholdersA commitment to empowering people to achieve their employment goalsPassion for inclusion, diversity and social impactAbility to work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team
