The Opportunity

The Uniform Shop Supervisor is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the Oxley College Uniform Shop. This is a temporary part-time position, working 3 days per week, all year round, on a temporary basis until early 2027. The role provides a professional and welcoming service to students, parents and carers, including uniform fittings, sales and advice, while managing stock, supplier relationships, ordering and associated administration.

Working independently and collaboratively with key College staff, the Uniform Shop Supervisor ensures the shop is well organised, accurately maintained and responsive to the needs of the College community. The role requires strong retail and inventory-management experience, sound judgement, and a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
