Astra is voco Gosford’s rooftop restaurant and bar — Japanese-inspired cuisine, sweeping views over Brisbane Water, and a growing reputation as one of the Central Coast’s best dining experiences. We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who can lead the floor and make every service feel effortless.

The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll support the Venue Manager and Assistant Manager on the floor at Astra, set the tone for the guest experience, and make sure every table gets the high-end treatment it deserves. You’ll coach and support the team around you, and there’s real scope to grow into a broader Food & Beverage leadership role as you do.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Lead service on the floor at Astra, shift after shift
• Set the tone for a warm, polished and genuinely memorable guest experience
• Coach, support the restaurant team
• Handle bookings, guest requests and the occasional curveball with a level head
• Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen and bar teams to keep service seamless
• Uphold high-end service standards at every table, every time

What you’ll bring

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a high-end restaurant or hotel dining venue
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Current RSA
• The confidence to lead a team and the warmth to make every guest feel looked after
