Create Outdoor Spaces That Inspire

If you're passionate about quality landscape construction and want to build projects that genuinely make a difference, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

We're a North Brisbane based innovative landscape design and construction business that creates inspiring outdoor spaces, occasionally extending up towards the Sunshine Coast.

The projects are anything but ordinary.

From imaginative nature-based playgrounds and outdoor learning environments to bespoke family landscapes and community spaces, every project is thoughtfully designed and expertly constructed to encourage connection, creativity and time spent outdoors.

If you're looking to move beyond repetitive landscaping work and become part of a team that genuinely values craftsmanship, this is your opportunity.

What's on Offer:

$40 - $45 per hour (38-hour week)
Permanent full-time position
Monday to Friday (generally 6:30am - 2:30/3:30pm)
Opportunity to work towards a project-based 4-day work week
Diverse projects across North Brisbane to Sunshine Coast

The Role

Working as part of a close-knit construction team, you'll help bring award-quality outdoor environments to life.

Projects include:

Nature-based playgrounds
Outdoor learning environments for early learning centres
Family-focused outdoor spaces
Community landscapes and public spaces
Premium landscape construction
Timber structures and bespoke landscape features
Planting, irrigation and drainage
Paving, edging and finishing works
Operation of small plant and equipment

Requirements

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys creating quality work, not simply getting the job finished.

You'll ideally bring:

Landscape Construction qualification (or solid industry experience)
Strong practical landscaping skills
Pride in exceptional workmanship
High attention to detail
A positive, reliable and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
Manual driver's licence
White Card
