About the Facility

Roshana Willowbrooke Aged Care consists of 48 thoughtfully appointed beds and provides an intimate, supportive environment where every resident and team member is known, valued, and cared for. Surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and leafy outlooks, the residence embraces the natural beauty of the region, creating a peaceful setting where residents and their loved ones can relax, connect, and enjoy their surroundings.

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our dedicated aged care team at Roshana Willowbrooke Aged Care in a [casual/permanent part-time] capacity.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a key clinical leader within our aged care team, responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred care to our residents. You will combine clinical expertise with compassion, supporting residents’ health, dignity, and quality of life while guiding and supporting care staff in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive clinical care in line with best practice and aged care standards
• Conduct assessments, develop, and review care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications, treatments, and complex care interventions safely and accurately
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to changes in residents’ health conditions
• Lead, support, and mentor care staff to ensure high standards of resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reporting
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care

What You Will Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (highly regarded)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, calm, and professional approach to care
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
