About You

You are a genuine self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing. You think ahead, identify potential problems before they become major issues and enjoy finding practical solutions.

You will ideally have a background in either a building trade, construction or sales, with a strong understanding of people and the importance of delivering an excellent client experience.

You will be:

• Highly self-motivated and organised

• An excellent communicator

• Comfortable dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers

• Able to handle difficult or sensitive situations calmly and professionally

• Computer literate and comfortable using modern construction and communication systems

• Someone who enjoys getting an early start and making the most of the day

• A natural leader with the ambition to progress into Construction Management and beyond

The Opportunity

Initially, you will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects and ensuring homes are delivered to a high standard, on time and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

However, this role is about much more than simply supervising building sites.

For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to become an integral part of the management team and progress into a Construction Manager or senior leadership position as the business continues to grow.
