The Role

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of growing your business and local market presence.

You'll:

• Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and the local community.

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities.

• Conduct appraisals and listing presentations.

• List, market and sell residential property.

• Manage and negotiate successful sales campaigns.

• Provide an exceptional experience throughout the seller and buyer journey.

• Build your database, profile and market share.

• Work collaboratively with the wider team.
