SEM WINDOWS is a growing aluminium windows and doors company based in Melbourne. We specialise in the supply, manufacturing and installation of aluminium windows, doors and façade products for residential and commercial projects across Australia.
Our business works with builders, developers and project teams, providing quality products, reliable service and professional project support.
About the Role
This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist compliance requirements
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
Assist with month-end reporting and general finance tasks
Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal departments when required
Requirements
Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero or similar
Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
