Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team in Caboolture.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of a defined territory, developing strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share.

This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on building partnerships, delivering outstanding service and achieving results. You'll work closely with customers, branch teams and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop strong relationships with transport operators, workshops, fleets and trade customers
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth
• Develop and execute territory and account growth plans
• Conduct regular customer visits, reviews and business discussions
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Promote Truckline's extensive range of products and solutions
• Analyse customer performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and performance reports
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements in line with business objectives

Qualifications

You are a motivated sales professional who enjoys being on the road, building customer relationships and delivering results.

You'll bring:

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development or Territory Sales
• A proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively
• Experience within the transport, truck, automotive, industrial or related industries will be highly regarded
