Sales Executive

At Emajin Golf, we connect business owners, CEOs and senior executives through premium golf events, business networking and a growing national community.

With more than 70 events across Australia each year, we’re growing quickly and looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.

So, while this is primarily an office-based sales role, there will be days when your office is one of Australia’s best golf courses!

You’ll be involved in:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities

• Speaking with business owners, CEOs and senior executives

• Selling Emajin memberships and growing our national community

• Managing inbound leads and building your own sales pipeline

• Booking meetings, presenting, following up and closing

• Building long-term relationships with prospects and members

• Managing opportunities through our CRM

• Attending selected Emajin golf days and business events

• Working with our sales and leadership team to hit monthly targets

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in B2B sales

• Has a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Is confident picking up the phone and creating opportunities

• Enjoys the chase and knows how to close

• Is competitive, motivated and commercially minded

• Can comfortably communicate with senior decision makers

• Takes ownership and follows things through

• Brings energy, personality and a strong work ethic

Being a golfer is highly preferred.

You definitely don’t need to play off scratch - but if you understand golf, enjoy the game and know why four hours on a golf course can build a better relationship than four meetings in a boardroom, you’ll probably understand what we’re building.
