Nitmiluk Tours is a part of Jawoyn Association Aboriginal Corporation, a 100% wholly owned and operated Indigenous Tourism Operation within Nitmiluk National Park, and more broadly the region of Katherine, NT. Your new role:

We are seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all departments including staff supervision and customer liaison on a daily basis. This role may require you to work a combination of morning and night shifts throughout the week.

Some key points include:

• Provide assistance and support to other staff ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assisting with the smooth running of all departments.

• Be responsible for holding the duty phone whilst on shift and after-hours phone (PM shift).

• Provide support with end of day processes, such as till balancing, when required.

• Assist with on the job training as required.

• Ensure daily functions are performed in an efficient and timely manner.

• Promote a strong team working environment and culture.

• Assist with monthly stocktake.

What you will need to succeed:

Essential:

• Experience working in a supervisory role within hospitality

• Current NT Manual Drivers Licence

• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness and ability to obtain)

• Responsible Service of Alcohol

Desirable:

• Current First Aid Certificate

• Certificate level or above in Hospitality or Tourism

• Willing to obtain forklift License and Snake handling
