• Provide advice, quotes and technical guidance on repair and remanufacturing options
• Support customers with job tracking, warranty queries and diagnostic information
• Liaise with workshop technicians and the repair lab to ensure a smooth turnaround
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on open jobs

About You

• Background in automotive repair, diagnostics or auto electrical work
• Experience as a mechanic or service advisor would be highly regarded
• Strong technical understanding of modern vehicle systems
• Confident and professional phone manner with a genuine interest in helping customers
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment
