About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Experienced Section Waitstaff, Hosts, Bartenders and Sommeliers who pride themselves in providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in a premium la-carte restaurant
• Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
• Sommelier applicants must have strong wine knowledge
• Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for Hosts
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Show exemplary communication and time management skills
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
• Exceptional presentation 
• Must be willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts
• Must have or be able to obtain an RSA certificate and relevant qualifications
