About the Role

You're good at building customer relationships and thrive in a role where your competitive nature can be fully utilised. The focus of this role is to maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing customers while actively signing up new ones through proven strategies.

This is a face-to-face field sales role. You'll be visiting sites, meeting with clients, resellers, and end users — establishing long-term relationships that result in customers who keep coming back. You're used to constantly following up, providing great support and solutions. There will be some travel involved (up to 3 nights away per month), with the remainder being local trips.

What You'll Bring

• A track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering results

• Discipline and drive to follow through — we care more about your willingness to get results than your years of experience

• Ideally, a construction industry or technical background with the ability to measure on-site and provide accurate quotes

• Comfort working with modern sales tools — we run Salesforce CRM, NetSuite, and Slack, and we're serious about AI-assisted workflows that give you more time in front of customers

What We Offer

• $60,000 - $70,000 base + company vehicle + performance bonuses

• Full support and training when you start — then full autonomy once you're established

• Work directly with the owner in a flat, results-driven team
