About the Role

You’ll help NDIS participants manage their plans and funding effectively.

Your Responsibilities Include

Process invoices accurately within NDIS guidelinesMonitor plan budgets and provide regular expenditure statementsCommunicate with clients to support understanding of their funding and use their funding according to their NDIS goalsResolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records in MYPBuild strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

You’ll Bring

Understanding of NDIS principles and plan management processesExperience in finance systems or plan management (highly desirable)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent time management and organisational abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

Education And Qualifications

Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or disability servicesFormal qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, Bachelor) in finance or related field (essential for the permanent position, desired for the contract position)Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children checkValid SA driver’s licence
