Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant

About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable, motivated, and highly communicative Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. If you have a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service

• Oversee shop floor inventory, ensuring products are well-stocked and accurately tracked

• Assist with placing and receiving stock orders to maintain optimal inventory levels

• Create and maintain clean, attractive, and organized product displays

• Carefully and efficiently pack shipments for outbound delivery

• Assist with day-to-day retail operations as needed

• Some deliveries to local customers and businesses

About you

• You are punctual, dependable, and dedicated to your role

• You possess excellent verbal communication skills and can interact positively with both customers and team members

• A proactive approach to learning new skills and understanding pharmacy retail operations

• Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role, including lifting boxes, packing shipments, and spending time on your feet

• Previous pharmacy retail experience with S2/S3 certificate preferred but not essential.
