 YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Gladstone team.

In this role, you will manage an established customer portfolio while identifying opportunities to grow market share across Gladstone and surrounding regions. You'll work closely with customers across mining, industrial, manufacturing, construction and infrastructure sectors to deliver innovative safety and lifting solutions that add real value.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and providing tailored solutions
• Achieve sales revenue and margin targets
• Drive account growth through strategic selling initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments and competitor activity

 ABOUT YOU

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who enjoys being out with customers and building long-term partnerships.

You'll bring:

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development or Field Sales
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously while remaining a strong team contributor
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and CRM skills
• A current Australian Driver's Licence

Highly Regarded

Experience within industrial, mining, safety, lifting, construction, or technical sales environments

Knowledge of PPE, safety products, lifting and rigging equipment, or associated industrial products
