Warehouse Staff – Part Time

UHI Machinery is looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Staff member to join our Sunshine West team on a part-time basis.

This is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse and branch operations, including receiving and dispatching machinery and parts, forklift operation, stock management and general warehouse duties.

The position is initially 3 days per week, with an hourly rate of $36 + super.

• Unload shipping containers and incoming deliveries

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload machinery, parts and deliveries

• Organise, manage and maintain warehouse stock

• Pick and pack customer orders

• Assist with basic machinery assembly and preparation

• Assist mechanics with pre-delivery inspections (PDI)

• Support the sales and service teams with daily operations

• Maintain accurate customer records and delivery/pickup documentation

• Coordinate with other branches and internal departments regarding stock and parts

• Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe and well organised

• Assist with general branch duties and other tasks as required

• A current and valid Forklift Licence is essential

• Minimum 2 years' forklift operating experience

• Previous warehouse or yard experience is required

• Knowledge of machinery or the construction/agricultural industry is an advantage

• Previous machinery operating experience is preferred but not essential

• Reliable, physically fit and able to perform manual work

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $36 per hour + super
