• They will work actively as a member of the school Leadership Team, leading by example and driving our school culture and expectations.
• There will be times of the day that they will work alongside our Administration Team in a front office capacity.
• They will work alongside their teams by setting up staff for success and building capability and capacity in teams across the school.

The successful applicant will have experience leading non-teaching teams and have capabilities in:

• Human Resource Management including line management of school support staff
• Facilities and Infrastructure Management
• Workplace Health and Safety Management
• Finance Management
• Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities within the Business Manager role, including Strategic Leadership
• Well developed interpersonal skills
