About The Role

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a motivated HVAC Technician (Refrigeration or Electrical trade) to join our Melbourne team. This role offers excellent autonomy, variety, and opportunities to grow your technical capability and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and routine maintenanceCommission, install, overhaul, fault‑find, and service mechanical systemsWork across a wide range of equipment, including package units, chillers, and central plantGain exposure to Johnson Controls’ Building Management SystemsProvide quotes for small works and manage sites as requiredInterpret and work from technical drawings and plansComplete small commercial installations

About You

Experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning (highly desirable)Trade qualification in Refrigeration or Electrical with HVAC experienceRestricted Electrical LicenseValid driver’s license
