Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking an accomplished Front Office Manager to lead the strategic and operational direction of our Front Office department.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this influential leadership role is responsible for ensuring every stage of the guest journey is seamless, memorable and distinctly Sofitel. You will lead and develop a diverse team, oversee hotel-wide operations and work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations and other departments to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
