As a growing firm, we are seeking a Special Counsel to join our Melbourne Public Liability team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing practice, supporting a broad range of insurance law matters while contributing to the continued success and growth of the team.

• Around 8+ years post-admission experience (PAE).
• Strong experience in insurance law, including liability and personal injury claims.
• Self-motivated and able to work at pace
• Ability to manage client expectations and run matters autonomously
• Practical and client focused in solving problems
• Previous exposure to business development with a natural ability to cultivate quality relationships with our industry leading clients
• A team player who can collaborate on work and has the skills to coach, mentor and develop junior staff and gains satisfaction from seeing them succeed
