We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong partnerships, managing end-to-end hiring, and helping attract great talent into a diverse range of roles. 

This role is being offered as a 6-month fixed-term opportunity initially, with the possibility of extension or transfer to a permanent full-time role based on business needs and performance. 

In this role, you will support recruitment across a varied portfolio, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring outcomes. You will also play an important role in strengthening early talent pathways by connecting the business with universities and TAFEs to explore graduate opportunities and technician talent pipelines. 

What you will do 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create and manage job advertisements across relevant channels 

• Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search 

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and recruitment activity 

• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle 

• Maintain accurate recruitment activity in Workday  

• Build relationships with universities, TAFEs, and other education partners to support graduate hiring and technician pathways, work with the business to identify and develop opportunities for graduate, trainee, and technician talent 

What you will bring 

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination 

• Strong end-to-end recruitment capability 

• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent coordination, administration, and organisational skills 

• Experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, or similar platforms 

• Confidence building external relationships and engaging with education providers or community networks
