What you'll be doing

• Deliver high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments to a diverse clientele

• Provide expert consultation to clients, offering professional advice on hair care, styling options, and product recommendations

• Mentor and supervise junior hairdressers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to develop their skills and confidence

• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, safety, and salon cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business

• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer service

• Assist with stock management and salon organisation as required

• Represent the salon professionally and uphold our brand values in all client interactions

What we're looking for

• Current certification or qualification in hairdressing

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional hairdressing experience, demonstrating advanced technical skills

• Proven experience in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

• Experience mentoring or training junior staff members

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Reliable, professional attitude with strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of health and safety standards in the salon environment

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Current First Aid certification is advantageous
