Key Responsibilities:

RN/M1

• Assess patient/client needs and provide direct person-centred care and individual case management
• Monitor care plans and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe and effective care
• Provide health promotion and education to patients, clients, carers, and groups
• Support clinical learning for students, new staff, and graduates.

RN/M2C

• Provide proficient, person-centred nursing care and individual case management in a defined clinical area
• Monitor care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and evaluate patient progress
• Assist the Nurse Unit Manager with management, clinical, and quality improvement activities
• Participate in clinical teaching, mentoring, and professional development for staff and students
• Promote continuity and consistency of care and act as a resource within your team.
