A great position has become available within the Mike Carney Toyota Team for a Courtesy Bus Driver with an immediate start.

We are looking for a reliable individual, punctual individual who is smart in appearance and has a pleasant guest facing manner, age is no barrier. The Courtesy Bus driver will support the guests from our Service Department by providing a convenient service to and from the Dealership.  

Key Job Function & Accountabilities

The Courtesy Bus Driver carries out a range of duties related to supporting the Service Department and its guests.

• Determine guest’s needs and communicate to relevant staff

• Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealership to all guests

• Ensure guests are dropped off and picked up in a safe environment and timely manner

• Ensure Courtesy vehicle is always clean, fuelled and ready to go

• Determine guest’s needs and communicate to relevant staff

• Help to maintain a clean and tidy guest lounge area

• There maybe additional duties as directed by Service Manager when there are no courtesy runs

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• Current and valid manual Drivers Licence

• Proven guest Service skills

• Proven ability to communicate and determine guests needs

• Good time management skills

• Punctual

Desirable Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• Basic automotive knowledge and experience

• Defensive driving course
