Contract Administrator

Protect Doors Pty Ltd is a Sydney based door manufacturing and supply company servicing the construction industry. We have extensive experience in the manufacture and supply of doors, frames and associated hardware for commercial, residential and public infrastructure projects.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team. This role is focused on contract administration, project coordination and maintaining accurate records from tender through to project completion.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative and organisational skills, and is confident managing documentation, contracts, project records, and client communication.

About the Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and coordination aspects of projects from tender and contract award through to manufacturing, delivery and finalisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing contract documentation, project registers, correspondence, variations and key deadlines.
• Reviewing tender and contract documents, project requirements and specifications, and preparing accurate pricing and quotes.
• Coordinating orders, manufacturing and delivery schedules for doors, frames and hardware.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Preparing door and frame profiles and coordinating client approvals.
• Managing contract variations, scope changes, claims and related documentation.
• Providing clients with project updates and maintaining accurate project records.
• Preparing final claims, retention correspondence and project close-out documentation.
• Maintaining compliance and contractual records in accordance with company requirements and relevant legislation.
• Following up outstanding actions and ensuring projects progress efficiently.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in contract administration, construction administration, project coordination, or operations support
• Strong in administration and document management.
• Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable following matters through to completion.
• Comfortable working with contracts, project documentation, quotations and spreadsheets.
• Able to identify discrepancies, missing information and potential issues before they become problems.
• Professional and confident in both written and verbal communication.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
