📍 Southport, Gold Coast

We’re Neon Hair & Beauty , a buzzing, boutique salon in Southport known for lived-in blondes, brunettes, dimensional colour, and high-end service with a fun, down-to-earth vibe. Our light-filled space is one of the largest on the Gold Coast, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Stylist to join our growing team.

THE ROLE:
You’ll bring your creative flair, technical skills, and confidence with colour and cutting to a loyal client base (plus a stream of new clients every week). We’re after someone who delivers exceptional results, builds genuine connections, and enjoys working in a team that supports and uplifts each other. Extension experience is highly regarded.

Must be available for late nights Wednesday - Thursday and Alternating Saturdays*

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
✔ Has 1+ years of salon experience as a Senior
✔ Is confident with blondes, colour corrections, styling, and cutting
✔ Has excellent communication and client care
✔ Wants to feel valued, appreciated, and part of a close-knit team
✔ Must be available for late nights Wednesday - Thursday and Alternating Saturdays
