What we are looking for: Relevant Banking Experience: A background in either a frontline Agribusiness/Commercial Banking role OR as an experienced Agribusiness/Commercial Credit Analyst looking to transition into portfolio management. Strong Credit & Financial Acumen: Demonstrated skill in cash flow analysis, balance sheet assessment, and structuring agricultural debt facilities.
