Mandarin Speaking Educator role

Seeking a Mandarin Speaking Educator - Cert 3 or Diploma qualified in our Springvale Centre

Your responsibilities: 
 

• Plan and delivery Chinese language program

• Manage children's daily routine and provide supervision of all children 

• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the community. 

• Support your room educators to deliver a nurturing and stimulating environment for children’s growth and development.  

• Show sound understanding of child safety and promote positive learning outcomes for every child. 

• Show initiatives on proactive parent-teacher communication and partnership working with families

• Sound knowledge of EYLF2.0

• Abilities to work with children with diverse backgrounds and learning abilities

You will need to have: 
 

• Minimum of Cert 3 in Children's service or equivalent

• A demonstrated passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety 

• A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS  

• First Aid Training 

• Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training 

• Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting

• Food safety training

• Unrestricted Australian working rights – Visa/Passport
