Brand Ambassador

About the role

Papandrea Fine Foods is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team on a casual basis. As a Brand Ambassador, you will become the face of Papandrea and engage directly with our customers at various events and retail locations across Melbourne, showcasing our award winning products!

What you'll be doing

• Promoting Papandrea Fine Foods' range of premium products at in-store demonstrations

• Providing exceptional customer experience and allowing our customers to taste our products

• Gathering customer feedback and insights to help inform our marketing and product development strategies

• Collaborating with the marketing team to support the implementation of brand campaigns and initiatives

What we're looking for

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

• A passion for fine food and our premium smallgoods

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or retail role

• Work independently and confidently in a retail environment

• Availability to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & occasionally Sunday
